About TJ Schiller

I grew up in Vernon BC, Canada, between the Rockies and the West coast mountain range. I joined the Silver star freestyle program when I was 12 years old. They had a great air site commonly used for aerials, but instead, our coaches built sick floaters. I quit hockey and focused on skiing. My friends and I would watch ski movies and start trying out the tricks and own styles. We ended up learning a lot.

Since then, stuff I had seen in the ski videos became real and I skiied with my idols and I have traveled to some of the best ski spots in the world. My summers now consist of skiing in New Zealand and coaching in Whistler. In winter time, I now go cat & Heli skiing, and competing on the sickest slopestyle courses and jumps. Videos were insane this year. Today I am more stoked than ever. It gets better each year and it’s great to be a part of it.

I hear we get El Nino this year !?
